Custom designed to complement the best-selling MicroMain45, the Barefoot Sound MicroSub45 delivers hyper-accurate low-end using two 8-inch drivers with Barefoot’s innovative Dual-Force technology. The MS45 uses the same signal path, amplifier and driver technologies as the class-leading MiniMain12 in a more compact and affordable package.
DUAL-FORCE TECHNOLOGY
Two 8-inch aluminum cone drivers with Dual-Force technology deliver tight, punchy low-end down to 25 Hz when used with the MicroMain45s. Dual-Force technology uses an innovative force-cancelling design to eliminate vibrations within the speaker cabinet, resulting in distortion-free sound at any volume.
A PERFECT PAIR
The MicroSub45 is designed to be used in stereo pairs with MicroMain45 reference monitors. Each subwoofer is equipped with a mono analog balanced crossover at 80 Hz to extend the low-frequency response of the system. And with 500 W of class-leading power in each cabinet, the MicroSub45 also increases the headroom of your system.
MicroMain45 monitors and MicroSub45 subwoofers are also available as a package — the stereo MicroStack45 system. Although the MicroSub45 is custom-tuned to compliment the MicroMain45, it can also be used to extend the low frequency response of any speaker system.
