Solid State Logic has a remarkable history of audio innovation that dates back to 1969. The brand established its legacy with iconic consoles like the 4000 Series and has continued to evolve with modern masterpieces such as the Origin and Duality Fuse. More recently, SSL has expanded its reach by incorporating technology from its consoles into outboard gear, audio interfaces, and software solutions.

Today, the audio community is abuzz with excitement as SSL begins to tease a revolutionary new release. Although details are extremely limited, anticipation is strong, as the brand posted this to its social media:

"It was 1985, and the 4000E console was prolific in control rooms worldwide, transforming how artists, engineers, and studios made music.

That same year, Solid State Logic’s founder, Colin Sanders, led a team to write a report, 'The Future of Audio Console Design' - a document that explored the future of audio and examined the research and development needed to drive the next revolution in studio technology.

Soon, that vision becomes a reality.
